Plug your flash drive into the PC below the desk and drag your documents onto the desktop. Plan on bringing your poster with you in both pdf and PowerPoint. There should be instructions on the wall in front of the computer for logging in with your fund number and the number and size of poster you need. ![]() There is a computer towards the far end of the small room. The printing room is to your left upon entering the portable building. There's always a chance they'll run out of paper. Poster printing is on a first come, first serve basis, so try to get there as early as possible. ITST, located in a portable building behind a bike rack and next to Broida Hall, is the most accessible place to get your poster printed.There are a couple places to go to get your poster printed on campus: Note: Only the Presenting Author of a poster abstract will have access to upload files. This is an optional feature enabling people to view and discuss your poster before, during, and after the meeting. ![]() The Presenting Author of all posters will receive an email the week of 18 November with instructions for uploading your ePoster.
